Our Story

I'm Mona Bishara, the proud owner of Mona Bishara Nails & Beauty, with over two decades of experience in the nail and beauty industry. Being half Polish and half Palestinian, I draw from rich cultural traditions to infuse a unique touch into every service. My journey has taken me across the globe, where I've trained in the latest beauty techniques and trends to bring you only the best.

With years of experience in the UK and internationally, Rosheen brings exceptional creativity, expertise and passion to our team. Her career includes working in Saudi Arabia and holding a management role with the iconic MAC Cosmetics brand.

Specialising in makeup and brows, Rosheen combines artistry and attention to detail to enhance each client's natural beauty. As a lecturer, she also shares her knowledge and inspires the next generation of makeup artists.

Outside the salon, Rosheen enjoys nature, peaceful walks and cold-water swimming, finding inspiration in the great outdoors.

Mahnaz has been working in the beauty industry for 4 years. Outside of work, she loves travelling and exploring new places, as well as trying new restaurants. She enjoys dancing and has a passion for oriental cuisine. Her positive energy and warm personality help create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in the salon. At the salon, she specialises in spa pedicure with foot massage and HydraFacial treatments.

Kasia is a highly experienced physiotherapist with 19 years of professional experience. She specialises in post-surgical lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage, and stroke rehabilitation.
Dedicated to providing the highest standard of care, Kasia is passionate about continuous professional development and regularly expands her knowledge and skills to offer the best possible treatments to her clients.

Outside of work, Kasia enjoys travelling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with her family.

Julia has been working in the beauty industry for 5 years. Outside of work, she is passionate about sports and is an MMA fighter. She enjoys good food and is also the proud owner of two cats. At the salon, she specialises in eyebrow lamination and Builder Gel nail treatment.

Ada has been working in the beauty industry for over 10 years. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing walks with her headphones on. She is passionate about healthy eating and is a big supporter of a healthy lifestyle.
Alongside beauty treatments, she specialises in gel polish, spa pedicure, and Korean Head Spa.
